COBRA Expansion
The government will now subsidize 65 percent of health care insurance premiums for the unemployed under the COBRA program. Workers who are laid off can buy into the health insurance plans of their former employer with the 65 percent subsidy. If you have any questions about your COBRA rights or would like additional information about COBRA and your group health plan, you have to contact your plan administrator.

New Homebuyer Housing Credit
